02Services description

Vibe Intelligence provides AI-powered deepfake detection for images, video, and audio, including forensic PDF reporting, African regulatory context flags, and related research and advisory services.

03User responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Only submit media you have the legal right to analyze
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

04Verdicts are decision support

Detection verdicts, confidence scores, and regulatory flags are probabilistic decision-support outputs, not legal determinations. Uncertain results are deliberately marked inconclusive. You are responsible for how verdicts are used in your own compliance, editorial, or legal processes, and should escalate inconclusive results for human review.

05Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, detection technology, and research on this platform are owned by Vibe Intelligence or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You retain all rights to media you submit.

06Service limitations

While we strive for accurate and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

07Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, submitted media, and business requirements shared during consultations. Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during an engagement.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including decisions made on the basis of detection verdicts.

09Payment terms

The platform offers a 14-day free trial. Paid plans and enterprise engagements are governed by individual service agreements, which specify fees, currency, and payment schedules.

10Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

11Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and will notify users of material changes. Continued use of our services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
